Patrick is the driving force behind Whisky of Belgium, and a well-known name in the Belgian whisky scene. For the past five years, he and his company Fine Spirits CommV have been focusing on the promotion of Belgian whisky through all kinds of projects.
With the publication of two books, one documentary storybook about the first 11 Belgian whisky makers and later the reference book on all Belgian whiskies, he gave Belgian whisky their well-deserved place next to the Scottish violence that still dominates the market.
